- Connect to BUR PRT WRKROM201 from a machine connected to the Landmark network. Term Server 1 has the Landmark Ft. Worth VPN. Credentials/URL are in the Landmark LastPass.
- Go to Device Management < Address Book.
- Click “Add user” under Easy Input.
- Check “Basic Information” and “Email Destination” and click “Go To Next” at the boom of the page.
- Leave Registration No. to the pre-filled out number. Enter the Name field as Lastname, Firstname (ex. Doe, John). On the dropdown for Title 1, select the group of letters containing the first letter of the user’s last name. Under “Add to Freq.” check “Off”.
- Fill out the user’s email address. Email address format is firstinitiallastname@teamlandmark.com (ex. jdoe@teamlandamrk.com) and check “Register as both a destination and a sender and click “Go to Next”.
- Verify the information on this page and click “OK”.
