To code Equipment Claims on the hh2 RP App, we will illustrate using the "Equipment Weekly Timecard" function.  Equipment claims can also be entered using the "Equipment Time Entry", or "Equipment Daily Timecard" functions.


Launch the "Equipment Weekly Timecard" function




The Equipment Weekly Timecard screen has six functions:

  1. Select Equipment - Clicking here brings up a list of Equipment assigned to the Payroll Group, select the desired Equipment (Equipment can be added here)
  2. Select the Job/Cost Code- Clicking here brings up a list of Jobs/Cost Codes Timesheet, a button at the bottom allows you to add additional Jobs/Cost Codes to the timesheet.  Remember, all equipment is charged to the XXX-09-156 cost code (XXX denotes Phase).
  3. Enter Equipment Claims - add Equipment Quantity claims to the timesheet by entering in the available cells
  4. Move Time - if you entered equipment claims in the wrong week, the "Move Time" button can move the entire timesheet to a different week
  5. Prefill Time - if the current week's equipment claims will be similar to the previous week's, you can prefill the current week's equipment claims with the prior week, then edit as necessary
  6. Copy Time - can be used to copy all entries for a single piece of equipment to any (or all) other equipment in the Payroll Group
