When on an hh2 phone app, if you are seeing unexpected data . . . for example:

  1. The "HIRA Daily Log" is not showing in Field Reports
  2. A Pay Type Group is not available in Remote Payroll
  3. An expected Cost Code is not available in Remote Payroll


You can "Synchronize" the data in your app by following the steps below.  The screenshots used illustrate these steps show the hh2 Remote Payroll App.  However, the same steps can be used to synchronize the hh2 Field Reports App.



  • Choose "Settings" (or Gear Icon).


  • Choose "Sync Settings"


  • Choose "Begin Sync"


  • Once the sync is complete (all data sets are "checked off"), return to the main screen by choosing the back arrow in the upper left-hand corner repeatedly.
