If you have forgotten you HH2 Username or Password, you may reset your password using the use the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the HH2 website.

  1. Navigate to the appropriate HH2 website and click the Forgot Your Password? link.

    Note: Landmark operates separate HH2 sites for each business unit.
  2. This link will open a new web page.  Enter your email address (the email address associated with your hh2 account) and click the "Reset My Password" button.



  3. You will receive an email from HH2 shortly.  If you do not, please check your junk mail folder as your email settings may perceive emails from hh2 to be junk mail.  
    • Open the email
    • Your HH2 User ID is included in the email after the word "Hello".  The example image below shows a UserID of "ABC123".
    • Click the "Reset Password Link" in the body of the email, this will open up a new browser page.



  4. The new browser page allows you to choose a new password (pay attention to the password requirements shown).  Confirm your new password by entering it again, then click the "Save New Password" button.




  5. If the password reset is successful, you will be redirected to hh2 login screen, where you can enter your UserID (which you have noted) and your new password to login.
