An important step in the Payroll Approval process is collecting employee signatures.  In this step, employees review their Timesheet and Travel/Per Diem claims and agree to their accuracy.

  • On the hh2 Remote Payroll App home screen, click "Signature".



  • This brings up a list of employees in the Payroll Group.  Click an employee.



  • The screen changes to show a summary of the employee's Time and Travel/Per Diem for the week.  Let the employee review the data, click the "I agree" statement at the bottom, then click the "Next" button to sign.



Finally, the actual "Signature Screen" will be displayed.  The employee must agree to the statement, sign their name and click "Finished" to complete the Signature process.

Repeat the signature process for all employees on the crew, including the Superintendent themselves.
