Two very useful tools in hh2 Remote Payroll are the "Copy" and "Autofill" functions


The Copy Function

  • "Copy" copies a Person's (or Piece of Equipment) timesheet for the week to other crew members (or piece of equipment).



  • A new "Copy Time" window appears.  By selecting all days of the week, and "All Employees" (or "All Equipment"), data will be replicated for all other timesheets for the week.  The data can then be modified as necessary.



The "Autofill" Function

  • The "Autofill" Function can be used to bring the prior week's timesheet data into the current week, in it's entirety.  The data can then be modified as required.


  • An "Autofill Confirmation" window appears, asking you to confirm that you would like to autofill the current week's timesheet with the prior week's data.



Combining "Copy" and "Autofill"

By combining these two, you can probably speed up your Equipment Claiming process significantly

  • If working in the same Jobsite as last week, use "Autofill" to fill out one piece of equipment.
  • Modify the claims (quantity and days) for accuracy.
  • Use the "Copy" function to copy the claims to all other pieces of equipment.
  • Modify the Quantities as required.
