1. From the home screen of the Procore App, choose the desired Project and then select Daily Log.




  2. Add Weather Entries throughout the day as desired by selecting the Weather tab.




  3. After creating the Weather Entry, click the Edit button.




  4. Choose each Weather Category to add Weather Conditions for that Category.



    For example, if the sky is clear, choose Clear.




  5. If you experience a Weather Delay, click the Weather Delay Radio Button.  This is VERY important to the Project Managers to properly document all weather delays.




  6. Add a Note at the bottom to document the Weather Delay add click Add Attachment to add a Photo of the Weather Conditions.




  7. After clicking Add Attachment, you can either add the Photo from the existing Photo Library, or Take a Photo directly from the Phone.




  8. Now that your Weather entry is complete, click the back arrow to return to the Daily Log Main Screen, and Add Notes (Journals) to your Log.




  9. Click the Plus (+) button to add a Note (Journal) Entry.




  10. Add your Note in the traditional manner . . . Document your Phase, Add Today and Next Two Days notes.  

  11. You can add Photos to the Note to illustrate your comments.
