A VPN connection is required in order to access several services provided by the Information Systems team such as Livelink, SQL Reporting, and other internal applications. 
Note: VPN connections are only allowed on corporate owned and managed devices.  



  1. Connect to the internet and verify you are able to access a remote website such as Google (http://www.google.com) before attempting to connect to the VPN.

  2. Open the AnyConnect app from the InfoSys folder on the Home screen. The InfoSys folder is typically located in the upper right corner of the home screen.


  3. Tap on the settings icon in the upper left corner of the AnyConnect app, and then move the AnyConnectVPN slider to the on (right, greenposition. 




  4. The software will connect to the network and prompt you for credentials. The Secure Client uses your core @teamlandmark.com account information to authenticate. 

  5. Enter your username / email address and click the Next button.



  6. Enter your current password and click the Sign-in button.




  7. Enter the MFA code if required.

    • Your will be prompted for MFA based on your network location and other risk factors.

    • Your MFA method will vary based on your individual settings. The options include a SMS message sent to your registered phone number, a code sent to a person email address, or using the Microsoft Authenticator app. 

  8. The Cisco Secure Client will connect and minimize to the system tray. You may receive a security prompt or message confirming your connection. Tap the Accept or OK button on the confirmation message to complete the connection.

  9. The AnyConnect VPN slider switch will stay in the right / on / green position if the VPN connection has been successfully established. The status bar at the top right of the device screen also show a VPN indicator while you are connected.



  10. You will now be able to access any resource which requires an active VPN connection (Livelink, Livelink Field Portal, SQL Reports, etc.. ).
