1. Launch the Windows Start Menu and select the Remote Desktop application.



  2. Click the Subscribe button to sign into the Remote Desktop service using your Landmark email address ([email protected]) and password if prompted. You may be prompted to validate with multi-factor authentication.



  3. The Remote Desktop client will load the list of remote applications which are available to you. Applications are grouped into resource groups containing the applications and corresponding folders of shortcuts for these applications will also be copied onto your Windows Start menu for easy access in the future.

  4. Expand the desired resource group in the App or Start menu folder and launch the application needed. 
    • Remote Desktop App - You must double click on an application icon to launch the remote app.



    • Start Menu - You may single click a shortcut to launch the remote app.



  5.   Enter your username and password when prompted.
