Corporate owned mobile devices are issued as fully managed devices and are optimized for stability, security, and supportability. These devices are remotely configured with options and settings based on a user's role.


The ability to access the Apple AppStore and install Apps is restricted on company issued mobile devices. Specific apps may be installed from a Landmark specific AppStore (Comp Portal) once they have been reviewed and published by the Landmark Information Systems team.


You may install an approved app from the Landmark AppStore (Com Portal) using the steps outlined below.


  1. Open the Comp Portal app from the InfoSys folder on Home screen.






  2. You may search for the app using the Search box or tap the View all apps link to show the list of all published apps.




  3. Tap on the app you would like to install on your mobile device.




    You may request for additional apps to be published by opening a support ticket with the Service Desk. 


  4. Tap on the Install button to install the app on your device. 




    Some apps will install into a specific folder on your home screen. For example, all travel related apps install into a folder named Travel.


  5. Once installed, the app will pull updates directly from the Landmark AppStore (Comp Portal) in the future.
